We want you to love your Calzuro footwear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn footwear back in its original Calzuro box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
